Otafest's mascot, Sephonie the Angel of Death. I decided to make it an original since all I keep from the actual character is the long baby-blue hair and red eyes.

Every year I try to redesign the character. Not so crazy about this one... I guess I felt rushed to finish it ;/

See who I am,
Break through the surface.
Reach for my hand,
Let's show them that we can
Free our minds and find a way.
The world is in our hands,
This is not the end.

:heart:It's stupid to give up, isn't it?
